Scrapbooking 101

As most of you know, I've never even made an attempt to scrapbook.  I have zero creativity and procrastinate to no end.  Therefore, scrapbooking was not much of an option for me...until Kate's school asked each parent to make a page all about their child to be displayed in the hallway outside of the classroom for all to see.  Imagine my panic!  Knowing that I lacked the skills and the "equipment" to make such a page, I enlisted my friend and scrapbook queen, Faith Hubbard.  I arrived at her apartment/scrapbook wholesale store on Monday afternoon so she could help me.  She supplied me with all of the tools and even printed out a few pictures for me.  Then Faith sent me home with a bag full of materials and  I was on my own to produce the final product.  Here it is:)  Thanks Faith!

Skinny Jeans

Our friends, Faith and Sloan, were so nice to give Kate a pair of DKNY skinny jeans.  (Clearly just for our amusement)  My sister, Beth, summed it up best for us by saying, "Cute jeans.  I'm pretty sure she IS a Rooney when it comes to wearing them, she can't!"  Gotta love the honesty!
